自制了杂多酸盐磷钨酸铯和磷钨酸铈,并采用红外技术进行了表征。分别将两种杂多酸盐为催化剂催化氧化环己酮合成了己二酸,结果表明两者均具有催化活性高,操作方便,反应条件温和,无有害气体排放,有利于环保等优点。反应条件为n(环己酮):n(磷钨酸铯):n(30%H2O2):n(NaHSO4)=1:0.00664:3.92:0.00833(摩尔比),回流反应6h,己二酸收率可达63.7%。以磷钨酸铈为催化剂,反应条件为n(环己酮):n(磷钨酸铈):n(30%H2O2):n(NaHSO4)=1:0.00331:3.92:0.00833(摩尔比),回流反应6h,己二酸收率可达61.6%。

Two kinds of phosphotungstic salts CsPW12O40 and CePW12O40 were prepared.They were characterized by IR method.Adipic acid was synthesized with them as the catalysts.The results showed that they had many advantages such as high catalytic activity,non-corrosive and non-pollutional to the environment.When CsPW12O40) as catalyst,n(cyclohexanone):n(CsPW12O40):n(30% H2O2):n(NaHSO_4)=1:0.00664:3.92:0.00833(molar ratio) and the reaction time was 6h,the yield reached 63.7%.When CePW12O40 as catalyst,n(cyclohexanone):n(CePW12O)40):n(30%H2O2):n(NaHSO4)= 1:0.00664:3.92:0.00833(molar ratio) and the reaction time was 6h,the yield reached 61.6%.
