　　本文通过检索对常用降压药物的服药时间与疗效进行研究的文献，对可供晚睡前服用的降压药物进行了评价，并提出晚睡前服用降压药物时的注意事项。⑴大多数高血压患者需要在早晨服用降压药物；⑵20％左右的高血压病患者血压昼夜节律异常，动态血压监测确定为非杓型高血压后，应调整为晚睡前或早晨+晚睡前服用降压药物；⑶晚睡前服用降压药物时应选择长效制剂，结合临床并按规定剂量服药。晚睡前服用降压药物，有助于恢复正常血压昼夜节律，减缓晨峰现象，减轻或逆转靶器官损伤。

This Article retrieved literatures about the relationship between the time of administration antihypertensive drugs and the circadian rhythm of blood pressure, evaluated the effect of administration antihypertensive at bedtime, provided recommendation of how to take antihypertensive. Firstly, most patient should to take antihypertensive in the morning. Secondly, about 20 percent of patient show abnormal circadian rhythm of blood pressure, that is mean non-dipper hypertension through ambulatory blood pressure monitoring, should adjust the medication administration from morning to night or morning and night. Thirdly, antihypertensive which are chosen to administrate at bedtime should be long time acting. Administration hypertensive at bedtime will help restore the normal circadian rhythm of blood pressure, alleviate the morning surge, and reduce even reverse the damage to target organs.
