本研究将2株香蕉枯萎病拮抗细菌0202和1112分别涂布于含有不同浓度的利福平培养基上,筛选出抗药性标记菌株0202-r和1112-r。将香蕉枯萎病菌Foc4接种于香蕉植株根部,3d后再将抗药性标记菌株接种在同一部位或位点,于不同时间测定拮抗细菌在根际、根内、球茎和假茎的定殖情况。研究结果显示,将拮抗细菌接种香蕉根部1~3d后,在植株根际土壤内存在大量拮抗细菌,而根内、球茎和假茎内存在少量拮抗细菌;接种7~14d后,在植株根内、球茎和假茎内定殖的拮抗细菌增多,并达到最大量;在接种14~21d后,在植株根内、球茎和假茎内定殖的拮抗细菌量急剧下降;在接种28~35d后,在植株根内、球茎和假茎内定殖的拮抗细菌量稍有回升。

본연구장2주향초고위병길항세균0202화1112분별도포우함유불동농도적리복평배양기상,사선출항약성표기균주0202-r화1112-r。장향초고위병균Foc4접충우향초식주근부,3d후재장항약성표기균주접충재동일부위혹위점,우불동시간측정길항세균재근제、근내、구경화가경적정식정황。연구결과현시,장길항세균접충향초근부1~3d후,재식주근제토양내존재대량길항세균,이근내、구경화가경내존재소량길항세균;접충7~14d후,재식주근내、구경화가경내정식적길항세균증다,병체도최대량;재접충14~21d후,재식주근내、구경화가경내정식적길항세균량급극하강;재접충28~35d후,재식주근내、구경화가경내정식적길항세균량초유회승。
Two strains of Fusarium oxysporum f.sp.cubense antagonistic bacteria 0202 and 1112,were spreaded on medium containing different concentrations of rifampicin respectively.Two rifampilin-resistant strains 0202-r and 112-r were selected.We inoculated the Foc4 to the banana plants roots.3 days later,we inoculated the antagonistic bacteria at the same position or sites.We measured the colonization situation of antagonistic bacteria in the rhizosphere,roots,bulbs and pseudostem at different time.The results showed that when the antagonistic bacteria were inoculated to banana roots after 1~3 days,there were a large number of bacteria existed in the rhizosphere soil of plants,while a small amount of antagonistic bacteria existed in roots,bulbs and pseudostem;after 7~14 days,the No.of antagonistic bacteria colonization in roots,corm and pseudostem increased,even reached the maximum amount;after 14~21 days,the No.of antagonistic bacteria colonization inplant roots,bulbs and planting false stems declined sharply;after 28~35 days,the No.of antagonistic bacteria colonization inplant roots,bulbs and planting false stems slight increase.
