通过SolidWorks软件建立了操作臂的三维实体模型,利用ANSYS软件完成了操作臂的有限元分析,从理论上得到了操作臂的最大受力点承受的应力小于材料的屈服应力,达到了设计要求,为进一步优化设计提供了技术支持.

3D Model of the operating arm is built by using WolidWorks and then the finite element analysis is carried out by using the ANSYS. The stress at the point which enduring the greates force is greater than the material yield stress, has been obtained theoretically. It meets the design requirements and provides the technical supports for the further optimization.
