As a new molding machine, air impact and air push molding machine combined with a contour squeeze head has the virtue of high and uniform mold compact ability, which is suitable for the molding mechanization. The application of this machine in molding of motor housing casting was presented in this paper. According to this machine, an experimental method is designed to select the optimal parameters of molding, which will further promote the application of this machine.
