The construction of laboratory device for the test and control of EAF fume was proposed. By using this device, the simulation research on the tail gas from EAF was carried out. With the application of the fuzzy control technique, the intellectual combustion control system was designed. Through the test and analysis of the oxygen content in the EAF tail gas, provided a feasible method for the optimized control of the EAF oxygen consumption.
