目的 探讨实施人性化护理干预对临终老人生活质量的影响,总结护理经验.方法 对90例临终老人通过实施人文关怀、关爱理解、强化基础护理、生命支持及社会支持、死亡教育、家属的心理护理等人性化护理干预措施2周后,施以生活质量综合评定问卷(general quality of life inventory,GQOLI)、疾病治疗功能评估调查问卷(FACT-G)调查,对结果进行分析.结果 实施人性化护理干预2周后与干预前比较,临终老人生活质量的躯体功能、心理功能、社会功能、物质功能维度评分提高;FACT- G评分中生理状况、社会家庭状况、情感状况、功能状况和生活质量总分均有显著性提高,差异均有统计学意义.结论 人性化护理干预是对临终老人的一种切实可行的护理措施,是临终关怀的有效方法.

Objective To explore the influence of humanitarian nursing on qulity of life of old terminal patients and sum up the nursing experience. Methods Ninety old terminal patients were given General Quality of Life Inventory (GQOLI) and Functional Assessment of Cancer Therapy-G (FACT-G) after two weeks of humanitarian nursing interposition by offering humanitarian care and care understanding, enhancing basic nursing, life support and society support, death education, psychological nursing of their dependents. The results were studied. Results The results of pre-interposition and post- humanitarian nursing interposition two weeks later were compared. The scores for life qulity dimentions of physical function, psychological function, social function and material function were higher than before. In the Functional Assessment of Cancer Therapy-G, the scores of physiological state, society and family state, emotional state, functional state and living quality were greatly improved, both differences were statistically significant.Conclusions The humanitarian nursing interposition is an effective and practicable way of hospice care for old terminal patients.
