目的:观察神经生长因子(NGF)对脑缺血再灌注后海马CA1区神经细胞损伤的影响。方法:采用大鼠脑缺血再灌注模型,在光镜和透射电镜下观察NGF治疗组和缺血再灌组动物脑缺血30min再灌注24h和72h时海马组织学及超微结构的改变。结果:在缺血30min再灌注24h和72h时,NGF治疗组海马CA1区神经细胞的结构损伤与缺血再灌组比较显著减轻;NGF可以减轻海马迟发性神经细胞死亡(DND)性损伤。结论:NGF对缺血再灌注所致的神经细胞损伤可能具有一定的保护作用。
目的:觀察神經生長因子(NGF)對腦缺血再灌註後海馬CA1區神經細胞損傷的影響。方法:採用大鼠腦缺血再灌註模型,在光鏡和透射電鏡下觀察NGF治療組和缺血再灌組動物腦缺血30min再灌註24h和72h時海馬組織學及超微結構的改變。結果:在缺血30min再灌註24h和72h時,NGF治療組海馬CA1區神經細胞的結構損傷與缺血再灌組比較顯著減輕;NGF可以減輕海馬遲髮性神經細胞死亡(DND)性損傷。結論:NGF對缺血再灌註所緻的神經細胞損傷可能具有一定的保護作用。
목적:관찰신경생장인자(NGF)대뇌결혈재관주후해마CA1구신경세포손상적영향。방법:채용대서뇌결혈재관주모형,재광경화투사전경하관찰NGF치료조화결혈재관조동물뇌결혈30min재관주24h화72h시해마조직학급초미결구적개변。결과:재결혈30min재관주24h화72h시,NGF치료조해마CA1구신경세포적결구손상여결혈재관조비교현저감경;NGF가이감경해마지발성신경세포사망(DND)성손상。결론:NGF대결혈재관주소치적신경세포손상가능구유일정적보호작용。
Aim: To observe the effects of nerve growth factor (NGF) on the neuronal cell injury in the hippocampal CA1 sector following cerebral ischemia reperfusion in rats. Methods:With cerebral ischemia reperfusion rat model,using light microscopy and transmission electron microscopy,the changes of histology and ultrastructure of the hippocampus were observed at reperfusion for 24h and 72h after 30 min of ischemia in groups with and without treatment with NGF. Results:The structural damage of hippocampal CA1 neurons reduced markedly in the NGF-treated group than that in the control group during reperfusion for 24h and 72h after 30 min of ischemia. NGF could ease the delayed neuron death (DND) after ischemia reperfusion. Conclusion:NGF has a protective effect on neuronal injury induced by reperfusion postischemia.
