The principle of monobit frequency measurement receiver is introduced simply. A design scheme of monobit frequency measurement receiver based on the ECL circuit applying to EW receiver is given, and we gived a fast frequency measurement method in order to maximize the time of frequency measurement . The results of the Matlab digital simulation indicate the design scheme of receiver is reasonable .The receiver has higher measure precision, simple structure compared with the traditional receiver.
