研究了分离自中国南海的红树内生海洋真菌Stysanus like sp.(#2492)菌丝体的代谢产物,从该菌菌丝体分离得到2个化合物,经现代波谱技术分别鉴定为N-(2-羟基二十四碳酰基)-1,3,4-三羟基-2-氨基十八烷(A)和γ-硬脂酸内酯(B).其中γ-硬脂酸内酯(B)是首次以天然产物的形式从海洋真菌中分离得到.
研究瞭分離自中國南海的紅樹內生海洋真菌Stysanus like sp.(#2492)菌絲體的代謝產物,從該菌菌絲體分離得到2箇化閤物,經現代波譜技術分彆鑒定為N-(2-羥基二十四碳酰基)-1,3,4-三羥基-2-氨基十八烷(A)和γ-硬脂痠內酯(B).其中γ-硬脂痠內酯(B)是首次以天然產物的形式從海洋真菌中分離得到.

Two metabolites (A and B) were isolated from the mycelium of mangrove endophytic fungus Stysanus like sp. (#2492) from the South China Sea. Their structures were identified by spectral data as N-(2-hydroxytetracosyl)-2-amino-1,3,4-trihydroxyoctadecane (A) andγ-stearolactone (B). It is the first report that γ-stearolactone (B) is isolated from marine fungus as natural product.
