利用转盘式磨料磨损试验机考察了非 晶态搪瓷涂层的磨料磨损性能,并分析了磨损机理.结果表明:搪瓷涂层磨损受磨料颗粒的 种类及尺寸以及滑动速度的影响,其磨损机制主要为脆性剥落;这种脆性剥落源于滑动过程 中涂层磨损表面的裂纹形成及其扩展.
利用轉盤式磨料磨損試驗機攷察瞭非 晶態搪瓷塗層的磨料磨損性能,併分析瞭磨損機理.結果錶明:搪瓷塗層磨損受磨料顆粒的 種類及呎吋以及滑動速度的影響,其磨損機製主要為脆性剝落;這種脆性剝落源于滑動過程 中塗層磨損錶麵的裂紋形成及其擴展.

The abrasive wear behavior and mechanism of an e namel coating were investigated with a rotary-disk-type abrasive wear machine. The worn surfaces of the enamel coating abraded with various sands were observe d with a scanning electron microscope (SEM). As the results, the abrasive wear o f enamel coating is governed by the sliding velocity and the type and size of th e abrasive particles. The abrasive wear of enamel coating is characterized by sp alling and microcrack, which are attributed to the formation of microcracks on t he worn coating surface and the propagation of the microcracks.
