通过加入Ca、Ni、Ti、Bi多元复合合金,研制出灰铸铁和球墨铸铁两种气焊丝;焊接试验及生产实践证明,两种焊丝在冷焊条件下所形成的焊缝强度、硬度和颜色均与母材具有良好的一致性;可满足有性能要求的重要球铁和灰铁铸件加工面的修复,经济效益显著。
通過加入Ca、Ni、Ti、Bi多元複閤閤金,研製齣灰鑄鐵和毬墨鑄鐵兩種氣銲絲;銲接試驗及生產實踐證明,兩種銲絲在冷銲條件下所形成的銲縫彊度、硬度和顏色均與母材具有良好的一緻性;可滿足有性能要求的重要毬鐵和灰鐵鑄件加工麵的脩複,經濟效益顯著。

Two kinds of cast iron torch welding rods fabricated by gray iron and nodular iron respectively are developed with the multiple addition of Ca-Ni-Ti-Bi alloy elements. The result of welding experiment and production practice show that the strength, hardness distribution and surface color of welding zone obtained by two kinds of rods under cold welding conditions are comparably with the base metal. There by the cast iron torch welding rods can be successfully applied to welding-mend nodular cast iron and gray cast iron castings and meet the requipment of machined surface. Its economical benifits are remarkable.
