针对家用电冰箱和空调机中的心脏——密封式压缩机阀片失效的问题进行了分析和电镜检验之后认为,之所以这种极难更换的阀片在使用中会发生严重变形和断裂,主要是阀片材料的疲劳强度和耐蚀性达不到要求所致.对阀片的工作特点研究后提出,应该采用疲劳强度、弹性和耐磨性均很优良的铍青铜来取代目前的弹簧钢.文中最后还对铍青铜的时效和电化学处理工艺作了阐述.

Having studied the failure mechanism of the valve-leaf of sealed compression cold machine, which is the heart of refrigerator and air-conditioner, the authors found out that improper selection of the valve-leaf material is the key problem. Based on the operating characteristics of the valve leaf, it is suggested that the Be-bronze, which has better fatigue strength, better elasticity, as well as better abradability than the spring steel, should be adopted instead of spring steel. Technique parameters of ageing and electrochemistry treatment are also given in this paper.
