目的：研究茵陈蒿汤对正常多种糖尿病模型动物血糖的影响，初步探讨其降低动物血糖的作用机制。方法：采用正常小鼠模型、四氧嘧啶(ALX)致糖尿病(DM)大鼠模型、AALX-DM小鼠模型、地塞米松(DX)致胰岛素抵抗(IR)大鼠模型研究茵陈蒿汤的降糖作用。结果：茵陈蒿汤能拮抗ALX诱导小鼠高血糖(P<0.01)，明显降低正常小鼠和AlX-DM模型小鼠、大鼠的FBG(P<0.05～0.01)；改善地塞米松致IR模型大鼠的lGr，降低OGTT后2hBG(P<0.01)。结论：茵陈蒿汤具有磺脲类药物和双胍类药物的降糖作用。
목적：연구인진호탕대정상다충당뇨병모형동물혈당적영향，초보탐토기강저동물혈당적작용궤제。방법：채용정상소서모형、사양밀정(ALX)치당뇨병(DM)대서모형、AALX-DM소서모형、지새미송(DX)치이도소저항(IR)대서모형연구인진호탕적강당작용。결과：인진호탕능길항ALX유도소서고혈당(P<0.01)，명현강저정상소서화AlX-DM모형소서、대서적FBG(P<0.05～0.01)；개선지새미송치IR모형대서적lGr，강저OGTT후2hBG(P<0.01)。결론：인진호탕구유광뇨류약물화쌍고류약물적강당작용。
Object: To study the effects of Yinchenhao Decoction on the bloodglucose level in a variety of animal models and its mechanism. Methods: Normal mice, rats model of ailoxan (ALX)-mduced diabetes mellitus (DM), mice model of ALX-DM and rats model of dexamethasone (DX)-induced insulin resistance (IR) were used. Results: Yinchenhao Decoction was able to inhibit the hyperglycemia by ALXinduced mice(P < 0.01 ), significantly reduce level of FBG in normal mice, ALX-DM mice and rats (P < 0.05 ～ 0.01 ), unprove IGT and lower 2hBG (P<0.01) after OGTT in DX-induced insulin-resistant rats. Conclusions: The results suggest that Yinchenhao Decoction possesses similar hypoglycemic action to meftormin and gliclazied.
