目的观察对照组与实验组家兔血小板细胞膜参数变化。方法采用荧光偏振法，测定家兔血小板细胞膜荧光偏振度P、微粘度η、膜流动性LFU。探讨复方丹参滴丸治疗冠心病、心绞痛作用机理。结果实验组家兔血小板细胞膜流动性LFU明显增加，微粘度η明显降低，对照组与实验组存在高度显著性差异(p<0.01)。结论复方丹参滴丸可明显增加家兔血小板细胞膜流动性，降低微粘度η。
목적관찰대조조여실험조가토혈소판세포막삼수변화。방법채용형광편진법，측정가토혈소판세포막형광편진도P、미점도η、막류동성LFU。탐토복방단삼적환치료관심병、심교통작용궤리。결과실험조가토혈소판세포막류동성LFU명현증가，미점도η명현강저，대조조여실험조존재고도현저성차이(p<0.01)。결론복방단삼적환가명현증가가토혈소판세포막류동성，강저미점도η。
AIM AND METHODS In this research we adapted the fluorecet polarization method for determining micro viscosity(η),fluorecet polarization (P) and observed membrane fluidity (FLU) between control group and test group.We studied the effects of DPS to cure coronary heart disease and angina.RESULTS It was shown that FLU increased obviously and η decreased visibly in the test group(P<0.01).CONCLUSION DSP can increase FLU and decrease η during treatment coronary heat disease and angina.
