目的探讨银屑病中医分型与血液流变学及超微结构改变的相关性。方法将35例寻常性银屑病按中医辨证分型，同步进行动态血液流变学6项指标及超微结构检测。结果血热型6项指标无明显变化，真皮毛细血管管腔变大；血瘀型血液粘度、红细胞压积增高，红细胞电泳时间延长，毛细血管管腔狭窄；血燥型血沉增快，毛细血管减少。结论银屑病真皮毛细血管及血液流变学改变具有一定的相关性，提示微循环障碍与银屑病发病有关。并为中医辨证分型提供了客观依据。
목적탐토은설병중의분형여혈액류변학급초미결구개변적상관성。방법장35례심상성은설병안중의변증분형，동보진행동태혈액류변학6항지표급초미결구검측。결과혈열형6항지표무명현변화，진피모세혈관관강변대；혈어형혈액점도、홍세포압적증고，홍세포전영시간연장，모세혈관관강협착；혈조형혈침증쾌，모세혈관감소。결론은설병진피모세혈관급혈액류변학개변구유일정적상관성，제시미순배장애여은설병발병유관。병위중의변증분형제공료객관의거。
Objective To investigate the relationship between TCM type andultrastructure aowellar hemorrheology in psoriasis.Methods 35 cases of psoriasis were divided into 3 groups based on TCM.Ultrastructure and hemorheological observation were performed on these patients simultaneously.Results Dilated capillary in superficial dermis,was noted in “Blood Heat”Type,no obvious change in hemorheology.“Blood Dry” Type showed decreased capillary,narrowed caliber,thickened wall and speed ESR.“Blood Stasis” Type showed narrowed caliber,and elevated hematocrit and prolonged RBC electrophoresis.Conclusion This study suggested that hemorrheological changese matched ultrastructure altemation and TCM types in psoriasis.It also gave Objective evidence for TCM theory.
