通过调查分析深圳市高危人群的性病知识水平及患病情况，为性病的综合防治提供科学依据。结果显示：高危人群中性病患病率为43.23%，30～39岁组人群患病率最高；职业为商业服务行业人群患病率最高；文化程度为大学和大专患病率最高。单因素分析发现，高危人群中性病的患病率与性别、婚姻、年龄、职业、文化程度、第一个性伴、性伴数、口交有密切关系；多因素分析发现，男性、已婚、商业服务人员、口交、第一个性伴为特殊人群及性伴数多于3人是高危人群性病发病的危险因子。针对高危人群进行广泛深入的健康教育和行为干预，大力推广安全套的使用，并在全社会进行性伦理道德的教育势在必行。

In order to provide scientific reference for prevent ion and treatment policy of STD， we investigated the STD knowledge level and th e suffering situation of high-risk population in Shenzhen. The result showed the STD incidence of the high-risk population was 43.23%. There was highest at age s 30～39,commerce servers and people with college culture degree. STD incidence of the high-risk population had a close relation to sex, marriage, age, vocati on, culture degree, the first sex partner, the number of sex partner, oral-inte rcourse by single-factor analysis. By multi-factors analysis, the risk factors of STD suffering for high-risk population were male, married person, commerce server, oral-intercourse, the first sex partner being special people and the nu mber of sex partner more than three. It's necessary to carry out a wide and prof ound health propaganda education movement to high-risk population, provid e safety sexual modes, popularize the use of contraception means, and develop th e sexual ethics education in the whole society.
