研究了基于与水互溶的普通有机溶剂的双水相萃取体系,并考察了不同种类盐分相能力的差异及不同种类有机溶剂的分相情况.双水相分相受许多因素影响,包括溶剂、盐的类型及浓度.根据分相后有机溶剂相的体积变化,双水相体系存在3种分相类型:Ⅰ型(V始<V终)、Ⅱ型(V始>V终)和Ⅲ型(兼具Ⅰ、Ⅱ型).
研究瞭基于與水互溶的普通有機溶劑的雙水相萃取體繫,併攷察瞭不同種類鹽分相能力的差異及不同種類有機溶劑的分相情況.雙水相分相受許多因素影響,包括溶劑、鹽的類型及濃度.根據分相後有機溶劑相的體積變化,雙水相體繫存在3種分相類型:Ⅰ型(V始<V終)、Ⅱ型(V始>V終)和Ⅲ型(兼具Ⅰ、Ⅱ型).

The phase separation ability of various salts and organicsolvents for two-phase aqueous extraction system was studied. There are many factors affecting the phase separation, such as the kind and concentration of solvent and salts. According to the variation of organic solvent phase volumes after separation, three categories of two-phase aqueous extraction have been observed: type Ⅰ(Vinitial<Vend), type Ⅱ(Vinitial>Vend) and type Ⅲ(type Ⅰ and concurrently type Ⅱ).
