本文对断裂性Jic和Charpy冲击功AKV的关系进行了研究,研究发现,在 脆转变区,断裂 性JIC和冲击功AKV随温度的 脆转变规律不同,无法得到两者之间的关系,只能在冲击功的上平台得到保守的JIC预测值,采用压力容器用36MM和40MM厚的16MNR碳锰钢钢板进行了系列低温拉伸,冲击,断裂 性试验,试验结果验证了上述结论是正确的

A series of mechanical properties tests at low temperature are performed in this paper,which including of fracture toughness,impact energy and tensile strength testing for the steel of 36mm and 40mm 16MnR pressure vessel used.By testing results,it was investigated that the correlation between fracture toughness JIC and Charpy V-notch(CVN) impact energy.By research,it was cleared that the rules of JIC and CVN varing with temperature are different in ductile-brittle transition region,so,can,t get this rule.Only in the upper shelf region,can estimate JIC of conservative value.
