在硝酸介质中,微量氯离子与银离子反应,生成氯化银悬浮体,在淀粉-乙醇体系中可用光度法测定氯离子含量。测定波长为420 nm,摩尔吸光系数ε=1.24×103,氯离子含量在0~160 μg/10mL范围内服从比尔定律。用于亚氨基二乙酸中微量氯的测定,结果满意。

In the medium of nitric acid,trace chlorine react with Ag(Ⅰ) forming suspension of silver chloride,which could be used in the spectrophoto metric determination of trace chloride from imido-acetic acid in the presence of starch,with λmax 420nm and ε=1.24×103.Beer's law was obeyed in the range of 0~160 μg/10mL of chloride.
