目的 探讨脑血管疾病与血脂的关系。方法 收集脑出血病例66例,脑梗塞病例66例,及非心脑血管疾病患者60例,对其血脂资料进行统计分析。结果 脑出血病人TC、HDL-C较对照组显著降低(P<0.05~0.01),而TG、LDL-C和对照组比较无显著性差异(P>0.05),脑梗塞病人TC、TG、LDL-C水平显著高于对照组和脑出血病人(P<0.01),HDL-C亦明显低于对照组(P<0.01),而与脑出血组无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论 脑出血与血清总胆固醇和高密度脂蛋白胆固醇水平呈负相关,脑出血与血脂其他成份如甘油三酯、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇无明显关系。

목적 탐토뇌혈관질병여혈지적관계。방법 수집뇌출혈병례66례,뇌경새병례66례,급비심뇌혈관질병환자60례,대기혈지자료진행통계분석。결과 뇌출혈병인TC、HDL-C교대조조현저강저(P<0.05~0.01),이TG、LDL-C화대조조비교무현저성차이(P>0.05),뇌경새병인TC、TG、LDL-C수평현저고우대조조화뇌출혈병인(P<0.01),HDL-C역명현저우대조조(P<0.01),이여뇌출혈조무현저성차이(P>0.05)。결론 뇌출혈여혈청총담고순화고밀도지단백담고순수평정부상관,뇌출혈여혈지기타성빈여감유삼지、저밀도지단백담고순무명현관계。
Objective To discuss the relationship between cerebral vascular disease and blood lipid.Method 66 cases of cerebral hemerrhage,66 cases of cerebral infarction,and 60 cases of non-cardiocerebral vascular disease(control group) were collected,their blood lipid data were analysed.Results Compared with the control group,the cholesterol and high-density lipoprotein of patients with cerebral hemorrhage significantly decreased(P<0.05~0.01),while triglyceride and low-density lipoprotein were not significant(P>0.05).Cholesterol,triglyceride and low-density liporotein levels of patients with cerebral infarction were obviously higher than those of the control group and cerebral hemorrhage patients(P<0.01).High-density lipoprotein of the patients with cerebral infarctionis also lower than that of control group(P<0.01),however there was no obvious difference between the patients with cerebral hemorrhage and cerebral infarction(P>0.05).Conclusions These materials supported that there was a negative relationship between cerebral hemorrhage and serum cholesterol and high-density lipoprotein levels.These materials also showed that there wasnt significant relationship between cerebral hemorrhage and other blood lipid such as triglyceride and low-density liporoteins(P>0.05).
