目的探讨中药胃肠力苏胶囊对实验动物和功能性消化不良患者胃排空的影响。方法比色法测动物甲基橙的胃残留率。放免法测血清胃泌素，血浆胃动素，B超法测胃排空率。结果胃肠力苏组和吗丁啉组动物胃内甲基橙残留率差异无显著性，两组与对照组动物胃内甲基橙残留率比较差异有显著性。血浆胃动素含量胃肠力苏胶囊组与吗丁啉组比较差异有显著性(P<0.05)，胃排空率两组比较差异无显著性。结论胃肠力苏胶囊有促进胃排空作用，对功能性消化不良患者的疗效类似吗丁啉片，但其促进胃排空的机制不同于吗丁啉片。
목적탐토중약위장력소효낭대실험동물화공능성소화불량환자위배공적영향。방법비색법측동물갑기등적위잔류솔。방면법측혈청위비소，혈장위동소，B초법측위배공솔。결과위장력소조화마정람조동물위내갑기등잔류솔차이무현저성，량조여대조조동물위내갑기등잔류솔비교차이유현저성。혈장위동소함량위장력소효낭조여마정람조비교차이유현저성(P<0.05)，위배공솔량조비교차이무현저성。결론위장력소효낭유촉진위배공작용，대공능성소화불량환자적료효유사마정람편，단기촉진위배공적궤제불동우마정람편。
Objective To study the effects of Chinese herbs Weichanglisu capsule on gastric emptying of methyl orange in experimental animals and patients with functional dyspepsia. Methods The gastric residual rate of methyl orange was examined by colorimetry. The serum gastrin and the plasma motilin were examined by radioimmunoassay, and the gastric emptying rate was examined by B-ultrasonography. Results There was no statistical difference in the gastric residual rate of methyl orange between both Weichanglisu and domperidone animal groups but there was statistical difference between drng-tsking and control amimal groups. There was statistical difference in plasma motilin between the two patient groups (P<0.05), and there was no statistical difference in gastric emptying rate between the two groups. Conclusion Weichanglisu capsule can promote gastric emptying. The curative effect of Weichanglisu capsule on functional dyspepsia is similar to domperidone tablet, but the mechanism of promoting gastric emptying is different.
