对新型高强度弹簧钢38SiMnVB在NJ1020和NJ6400车型上横置少片变截面板簧上的应用进行了研究,介绍了该板簧的工艺、台架疲劳试验和3万km可靠性试验,测量了所制板簧的弹性松驰稳定性,从而得出这类弹簧钢具有广阔应用前景,所制板簧具有较大经济效益。

Application and study on new high strength spring steel 38SiMnVBused in transverse- placed taper leaf spring in NJ1020 and NJ6400 motor vehicles are conducted in this paper. The process, fatigue test in test bench and 30 000 km actual reliability test in motor vehicle for this leaf spring are described in the paper. The stability of elastic relaxation of leaf spring already made is measured, it is proved this kind of spring steel has a broad application prospect and a major economic benefit.
