An integrated method with genetic algorithms and two-dimensional finite element method is introduced into the design of 50?W Neodymium-iron-boron permanent ma gnet rainbrush direct current motor for autos. During the process of optimal des ign,an estimation function based on number order is defined,and feasible solutio ns are expressed by float values.
