在四球摩擦磨损试验机和SRV微动磨损试验机上考察了5种六元杂环化合物(吡啶、吡嗪、嘧啶、哒嗪、三嗪)润滑油添加剂的抗磨性能,采用X射线光电子能谱分析了摩擦表面元素的化学状态.结果表明,这5种化合物都可以在不同程度上改善基础油的抗磨性能,其作用效果依次为嘧啶>哒嗪>均三嗪>吡嗪>吡啶.磨损表面N元素主要以未分解的六元N杂环化合物或分解的有机胺以及硝基或亚硝基化合物形式存在.在摩擦磨损过程中,含N杂环化合物不仅在金属表面发生了物理吸附和化学络合吸附,还在边界润滑条件下发生了开环反应.其抗磨减摩机理与杂环化合物的化学键长及共振能大小有关.

The friction and wear properties of N-containing heterocycliecompounds (pyridine, pyridine, pyrazine, pyrazine and triazine), which have the same cyclic structure except for the number and the position of N atoms, added to liquid paraffin were evaluated using a four-ball machine and a SRV machine. X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy(XPS) was used to examine the binding energy of N1s on the rubbed surface. The results indicate that the effect of above compounds on antiwear properties is improved with the number of N atoms increasing, and N elemnets exist in the boundary lubricating film mainly as oryanic amine(RNH2) and nitrites. The mechanism discussed in this paper is connected with the different bond length and resonance energy of those N-containing heterocyclic compounds.
