目的探讨紫外线照射充氧自血回输疗法(UBI)辅助治疗小儿重症肺炎的疗效。方法治疗组30例采用UBI加传统疗法，对照组38例单纯采用传统疗法治疗小儿重症肺炎。结果治疗组的临床症状、体征及胸部X线改善明显高于对照组，病死率、治愈天数明显低于对照组。结论 UBI对小儿重症肺炎有辅助治疗作用。
목적 탐토자외선조사충양자혈회수요법(UBI)보조치료소인중증폐염적료효。방법 치료조30례채용UBI가전통요법，대조조38례단순채용전통요법치료소인중증폐염。결과 치료조적림상증상、체정급흉부X선개선명현고우대조조，병사솔、치유천수명현저우대조조。결론 UBI대소인중증폐염유보조치료작용。
Objective To study the therapeutic effect of UBI in thesupplementary treatment of children with serious pneumonia．Methods Thirty cases were treated with UBI plus traditiond therapy and the controls (38 cases),with traditional treatment only．Results The clinical and chest x-ray appearance were improved and the rate of death and curative days were better than that of controls．Conclusion UBI is more effective to children with serious pneumonia．
