Microwave nondestructive detection principle and application arebriefly introduced in this paper.The flaw detection was performed on composite specimens with the reflection method.It was confirmed that the microwave nondestructive detection theory which was raised by M.Rockwitz on metal was applicable to composites.The law on the relationship of void-diameter with microwave attenuation could be summarized.
