进行了野生药用植物麦斛的形态调查,并测定比较麦斛和霍山石斛营养成分和抗氧化酶活性,探讨麦斛的开发价值。结果表明:麦斛的营养成分与霍山石斛相近,其中维生素C含量较高,可溶性糖含量低;麦斛茎中SOD、CAT等酶活性与霍山石斛相近。可见,麦斛是一种极有开发价值的野生药用植物资源。

진행료야생약용식물맥곡적형태조사,병측정비교맥곡화곽산석곡영양성분화항양화매활성,탐토맥곡적개발개치。결과표명:맥곡적영양성분여곽산석곡상근,기중유생소C함량교고,가용성당함량저;맥곡경중SOD、CAT등매활성여곽산석곡상근。가견,맥곡시일충겁유개발개치적야생약용식물자원。
To study the exploiting value of B.Incomspicuum,Some nutrient substances and resistant-oxide enzyme activities between B.incomspicuum and D.huoshanense were determined and compared.The results indicate that the activities of SOD、CAT、POD in the stem of B.incomspicuum were close to those in D.huoshanense and most of nutrient substances in B.incomspicuum were close to D.huoshanense while vitamin C is higher and soluble sugar is lower.B.incomspicuum is a significant exploiting resources as a wild medicinal plant.
