以基于高温超导体双成分模型的近局域对理论分析Bi2Sr2CaCu2O8+δ正常态霍尔系数的温度行为,得到与实验相符的结果。指出赝隙随温度降低的不断加深导致了霍尔系数在比Tc略高的温度出现正的极大值,并且该极大值与赝隙深度随温度变化的谷底附近相对应。
以基于高溫超導體雙成分模型的近跼域對理論分析Bi2Sr2CaCu2O8+δ正常態霍爾繫數的溫度行為,得到與實驗相符的結果。指齣贗隙隨溫度降低的不斷加深導緻瞭霍爾繫數在比Tc略高的溫度齣現正的極大值,併且該極大值與贗隙深度隨溫度變化的穀底附近相對應。

Using the formula of the nearly local pair model,based on the two-component model of high-Tc superconductivity,we have studied temperature-dependent phenomena of Hall coefficient in the normal state of Bi2Sr2CaCu2O8+δ,and got the results consistent with the experiments.It is argued that the successive deepening of pseudogap with decreasing temperature leads to that Hall coefficient attains to a positive maximum at the temperature a little higher than Tc,and the maximum corresponds about the bottom of pseudogap depth changing with temperature.
