The method for the determination of Fe, Al, Mn in calcium-silicon alloy by ICP-AES has been proposed. The factors such as the preparation of the sample solutions, the interference of matrix and co-exiting elements, the selection of the internal standard element have been investigated. The established method is convenient, rapid and of good precision.
