民族教育%掃盲%加快%抓緊%落實
민족교육%소맹%가쾌%조긴%락실
西部大开发,关键是人才,人才靠教育。云南教育落后,民族教育尤甚,其结果必然是文盲多,贫困面广,社会发展、变化缓慢。文盲不是一种纯教育、文化现象,而是多种因素的综合结果,西部大开发,须加快、抓紧、落实少数民族扫盲。
西部大開髮,關鍵是人纔,人纔靠教育。雲南教育落後,民族教育尤甚,其結果必然是文盲多,貧睏麵廣,社會髮展、變化緩慢。文盲不是一種純教育、文化現象,而是多種因素的綜閤結果,西部大開髮,鬚加快、抓緊、落實少數民族掃盲。
서부대개발,관건시인재,인재고교육。운남교육락후,민족교육우심,기결과필연시문맹다,빈곤면엄,사회발전、변화완만。문맹불시일충순교육、문화현상,이시다충인소적종합결과,서부대개발,수가쾌、조긴、락실소수민족소맹。
The key of opening up the western regions of China is to train talented persons. The training of talented persons relies on education. The backward situation in Yunnan province, especially its poor national education, have not only caused the great number of illiteracy and poor living conditions, but also constrained the development of society. Therefore, illiteracy is not a simple educational or cultural phenomenon, but a comprehensive result caused by multiple factors. To opening up the western regions, the most important thing is to speed and carry out the program of eliminating minority nationalities’illiteracy.
