目的:优选止痛消炎乳膏的基质组成及工艺。方法:针对影响乳剂稳定性的因素,用正交设计法,以油相、乳化剂和乳化温度为可变因素,选用L9(34)表进行试验。结果与结论:最优的基质组成及工艺是硬脂酸12.5g,液体石蜡12.5g,蓖麻油12.5g,甘油8.0g,三乙醇胺0.5g,吐温2.0g,乳化温度75℃。

목적:우선지통소염유고적기질조성급공예。방법:침대영향유제은정성적인소,용정교설계법,이유상、유화제화유화온도위가변인소,선용L9(34)표진행시험。결과여결론:최우적기질조성급공예시경지산12.5g,액체석사12.5g,비마유12.5g,감유8.0g,삼을순알0.5g,토온2.0g,유화온도75℃。
:According to the factors that affect the stability of emulsion,orthogonal design method was used, oil phase, emulsifiers and emulsify temperature were selected as variable factors and table L9(34) was used for the experiment. Results: The optimum matrix composition and technology were stearic acid 12.5 g, paraffin liquid 12.5 g, oleini ricini 12.5 g, glycerini 8.0 g, triethanolamine 0.5 g, tween-80 2.0 g, emulsify temperature 75℃.
