设计了测定血清中Na+含量的新型传感器。该传感器是基于Luminol-Fe (II)-O2 体系的化学发光反应偶联离子再生反应原理来间接测定Na+含量。方法检出限2×10-7mol*dm-3,校准曲线的线性范围5×10-7~1×10-5mol*dm-3,相对标准偏差2.9% (5×10-6mol*dm-3Na+,n = 11)。样品分析效率120次/h,传感器使用寿命三天。

A novel chemiluminescence sensor is designed for monitoring sodium in serum. Based on chemiluminescence reaction between luminol, iron(II) and oxygen coupling ion regenerated reaction, the determination of sodium can be completed indirectly. The linear range of calibration curve of sodium is 5×10-7~1×10-5mol*dm-3, and the detection limit is 2×10-7mol*dm-3. The relative standard deviation is 2.9% (5×10-6mol*dm-3 sodium,n = 11). Efficiency of sample analysis is 120 times per hour,sensor service life can last for 3 days.
