目的：探讨应用带旋髂深血管的游离髂骨瓣移植修复胫骨骨不连的临床疗效。方法2003-2013年对30例胫骨骨不连患者，治疗组15例应用带旋髂深动静脉的髂骨瓣或髂骨皮瓣移植修复，对照组15例采用单纯髂骨移植。结果长期随访发现，治疗组的髂骨瓣均成活，胫骨骨不连骨性愈合时间最早6个月；对照组移植骨再生时间最早9个月，骨髓腔再通时间最早1年。结论采用显微外科技术吻合带旋髂深血管的游离髂骨瓣修复胫骨骨不连，对比单纯髂骨移植，愈合时间明显缩短，疗效可靠。
목적：탐토응용대선가심혈관적유리가골판이식수복경골골불련적림상료효。방법2003-2013년대30례경골골불련환자，치료조15례응용대선가심동정맥적가골판혹가골피판이식수복，대조조15례채용단순가골이식。결과장기수방발현，치료조적가골판균성활，경골골불련골성유합시간최조6개월；대조조이식골재생시간최조9개월，골수강재통시간최조1년。결론채용현미외과기술문합대선가심혈관적유리가골판수복경골골불련，대비단순가골이식，유합시간명현축단，료효가고。
Objective To discuss the effect of transplanting iliac bone flap with deep iliac circumflex vessels to treat tibia nonunion. Methods During 2003 to 2013, 30 cases with tibia nonunion were divided into two groups, in the first group, iliac bone flap with deep iliac circumflex vessels or cutaneous iliac flap was transplanted. In the control group, simple iliac was grafted. Results By a long term following-up, all the iliac bone flaps survived, The earliest grafted bone united was 6 months, the earliest osteoanagenesis was 9 months and recanalization of the bone cavity was 1 year. Conclusion With the microsurgery techniques, anastomosing iliac bone flap with deep iliac circumflex blood vessels is an effective treatment for tibia nonunion.
