从理论上分析了影响转子机油泵容积效率的主要原因,并对油泵间隙的漏损机理进行了探讨;从合理选择进油槽尺寸、采用双面进油方式、减小间隙损失和提高加工精度及选择合适的进出油管通径等方面论述了提高转子泵容积效率的具体措施,并运用实例加以验证.

The main factors affecting the rotor oil pump′s volume efficiency have been analyzed theoretically, and the leaky mechanism of the rot or oil pump′s gap is discussed. The paper deals with the rational selection of the inlet groove dimension, the adoption of the two ways of the inlet, the reduc tion of the leakage of the gap, the development of the manufacturing accuracy an d the suitable selection of the diameter of the import and export of oil pipes b y specific steps for the development of the rotor oil pump′s volume efficiency. And the experiments have been carried out to show the development of the rotor oil pump′s volume efficiency.
