为脱除大庆石油化工总厂加氢富气中的H2S,采用选择性催化氧化法考察了脱除H2S的试验条件及效果.催化剂是以Al2O3为载体,以V,Bi为活性组分,La,Na等为助剂而制成.在实验室试验的基础上,进行了脱除现场气中H2S试验,确定的最佳反应条件是:温度为180℃,空速为1400h-1,常压,n(O2)∶n(H2S)为0.8∶1.0.在该条件下,经过1000h的反应,H2S的平均转化率为93%,单质S的选择性为91%.结果表明:所研制的催化剂可用于脱除加氢富气中的H2S.

Conditons and effect of secletive catalyticoxidation to removeH2S in hydrogen-rich offgas was investigated in Daqing Petrochemical Complex. V, Bi was supported on Al2O3 and addition of La, Na can improve properties of the catalyst. Epxperiments on the basis of the laboratory show that the proper reaction condition is t=180 ℃, WHSV is 1 400 h-1 at normal atmosphere, n(O2)∶n(H2S)=0.8∶1.0 and after 1 000 hours at this condition H2S conversiom and S-selectivity are 93%, 91% respctively. Results show that the catalyst studied is suitble for removal of hydrogen sulfide form hydrogen-rich offgas.
