Workflow simulation plays an important role in business process reengineering and concurrent engineering.It is a practical approach to analyze and optimize a workflow model. This paper introduces a workflow model driven byECA rule first. It is based on an integrated multi-view model named P-PROCE reference model. The architecture ofworkflow simulation environment and workflow evaluating parameter are hot spot in workflow simulation. They aredeeply discussed in two sections and related examples are also explained. At last,a conclusion is given and future re-searches are presented.
