目的观察蛋白激酶Cγ亚单位(PKCγ)在大鼠神经系统内的定位分布.方法PKCγ特异性抗体的免疫细胞化学染色技术.结果密集、浓染的PKCγ阳性神经元主要见于大脑皮质、海马、杏仁复合体、小脑皮质、耳蜗腹侧核和耳蜗背侧核、三叉神经脊束核尾侧亚核和脊髓背角浅层.结论PKCγ阳性神经元广泛分布于大鼠神经系统.本研究的结果为探讨PKCγ在神经系统信号转导过程中的作用提供了形态学证据.

목적관찰단백격매Cγ아단위(PKCγ)재대서신경계통내적정위분포.방법PKCγ특이성항체적면역세포화학염색기술.결과밀집、농염적PKCγ양성신경원주요견우대뇌피질、해마、행인복합체、소뇌피질、이와복측핵화이와배측핵、삼차신경척속핵미측아핵화척수배각천층.결론PKCγ양성신경원엄범분포우대서신경계통.본연구적결과위탐토PKCγ재신경계통신호전도과정중적작용제공료형태학증거.
Objective To observe the distribution of protein kinase Cγ subunit(PKCγ) in the rat nervous system.Methods Immunocytochemical staining for PKCγ by using specific antibody against PKCγ was performed. Results Intensely and densely stained PKCγ immunoreactive neurons were mainly observed in the cerebral cortex, hippocampus, amygdaloid complex,cerebellar cortex, ventral and dorsal cochlear nuclei, caudal spinal trigeminal nucleus and the superficial layers of the spinal dorsal horn.Conclusion PKCγ-containing neurons are widely located in the rat nervous system.These results provide morphological evidence for the functional roles of PKCγ in the signaling transduction of the nervous system.``
