目的探讨内支架在气道狭窄中临床应用的价值。方法采用支架输送器经鼻腔放置记忆镍钛合金支架41例,1例经PTA球囊导管预扩张后放置。结果42例中放置气管支架24例,支气管支架11例,气管、支气管均放置支架7例,放置成功后,均立即解除了呼吸困难的症状,随访3~43个月,生存者支架无移位,呼吸通畅。结论采用输送器放置内支架治疗气道狭窄是一种安全有效的方法。

Objective To discuss the clinical application of internal stentin tracheal stricture.Methods The selfexpanding nitinol stent was introduced and displayed by an instrument with a tube in a sheath or after pre-dilation with PTA dilatation catheter.Results 42 cases with tracheal stricture were treated successfully.In 24 cases,tracheal stents were introduced,in 11 cases,broncheal stents were done and in 7 cases,tracheal and broncheal stents were done.Shortness of breath was relieved immediately.Follow-up study of the 42 cases for 3-43 months showed that the stent remained in the original position and the tracheal pathway was patent.Conclusion It is an effective method to treat tracheal stricture by means of self-expanding nitinol stent.
