目的 确定义齿软衬材料的硬度与其分散咬合压力能力的关系,寻找义齿软衬材料最佳硬度范围,为临床应用提供指导. 方法 采用实验光弹应力分析法,以表面有模拟小骨突及粘膜的牙槽骨光弹模型为应力分析对象,测试了在衬有不同硬度软衬垫的义齿模型压迫下,光弹模型骨突处产生应力的大小. 结果 模拟咬合压力在300~500 N范围内,使用硬度为邵氏(A)50的软衬垫, 模拟骨突下应力条纹值明显小于使用其他4种硬度(Shore A 28,35,41,57)软衬垫所得条纹值. 结论 义齿软衬材料的硬度与其分散压力能力有密切的关系,硬度为邵氏(A)50的软衬材料缓冲、分散压力的能力明显优于其他硬度的材料.
目的 確定義齒軟襯材料的硬度與其分散咬閤壓力能力的關繫,尋找義齒軟襯材料最佳硬度範圍,為臨床應用提供指導. 方法 採用實驗光彈應力分析法,以錶麵有模擬小骨突及粘膜的牙槽骨光彈模型為應力分析對象,測試瞭在襯有不同硬度軟襯墊的義齒模型壓迫下,光彈模型骨突處產生應力的大小. 結果 模擬咬閤壓力在300~500 N範圍內,使用硬度為邵氏(A)50的軟襯墊, 模擬骨突下應力條紋值明顯小于使用其他4種硬度(Shore A 28,35,41,57)軟襯墊所得條紋值. 結論 義齒軟襯材料的硬度與其分散壓力能力有密切的關繫,硬度為邵氏(A)50的軟襯材料緩遲、分散壓力的能力明顯優于其他硬度的材料.

AIM To determine the influence of the hardness of soft lining materials on the pressure distribution in the mandibula mould. METHODS A denture mould underlined with resilient liner was loaded on a mandibula mould on which there is a simulated protuberance and covered by rubber mucosa. There were five resilient liners with Shore A hardness of 28, 35,41,50 and 57 respectively. The pressure distribution was investigated by photoelastic stress analysis. RESULTS When the Shore A hardness of resilient liner was 50 and the loaded pressure on the denture mould was within 300~500 N, the count of interference fringe occuring below the simulated protuberance was the lowest. CONCLUSION The effect of the hardness of soft lining materials on its ability of pressure distribution is significant. The ability of pressure distribution of soft lining materials of Shore A hardness 50 is superior to the materials of other hardness.
