粮食贮运加工过程中,随着烘干仓内温度升高,粉尘浓度及压力的增大,很容易发生爆炸,而传输机构打滑产生的高温和火花是引起爆炸的主要原因,为避免打滑引起的粉尘爆炸,介绍一种新型防爆检测装置,即差速检测器。
糧食貯運加工過程中,隨著烘榦倉內溫度升高,粉塵濃度及壓力的增大,很容易髮生爆炸,而傳輸機構打滑產生的高溫和火花是引起爆炸的主要原因,為避免打滑引起的粉塵爆炸,介紹一種新型防爆檢測裝置,即差速檢測器。

In granary,explosion is often occured because of high temperature,heavy density of powder and huge pressure in drying storehourse in t he process of grains drying and storing. The high temperature and spark caused by running belt slide is the key factor. A new equipment to detect belt slide o r blocked,difference velocity protector,is introduced in order to avoid powder explosion.Effect of protecting explosion is evident in the application.
