目的 通过超声筛查分析胎儿畸形孕周分布特点,为提高出生缺陷监测的准确性提供依据.方法 对27 648例孕12-42周孕妇的超声筛查出生缺陷情况进行统计分析.结果 产前检出各种畸形儿180例,总检出率为6.5‰,产后共发现出生缺陷儿188例.产前超声诊断与产后超声诊断完全符合176例,符合率为97.77%;部分符合4例,部分符合率为2.23%;漏诊8例,漏诊率为4.25%.孕周小于18周,18～28周及大于28周有缺陷的病例占超声筛查缺陷中的比例分别是32.8%、53.3%和13.9%.结论 产前超声筛查使胎儿畸形的发现时间大大提前,对降低出生缺陷率,提高围产期质量起到不可估量的积极作用,是目前进行胎儿出生缺陷干预的有效手段.

OBJECTIVE Analysis of fetal ultrasound screening for gestational age distribution of malformation, in order to improve the accuracy of birth defects monitoring to provide a basis. METHOD 27 648 eases of 12 ～ 42 weeks pregnant ultrasound screening for birth defects of the statistical analysis of the situation. RESULTS The prenatal detection range of 180 cases of abnormal infants, with a total detection rate of 6.5%0, post-natal birth defects were found in 188 cases of abuse. The pre-natal ultrasound diagnosis and the post-natal diagnosis conform to 176 cases completely, the coincidence rate was 97.77%, the part conforms to 4 cases, partial coincidence rates was 2.23%. Leaks examines 8 eases, the rate of missed diagnosis 4.25%.<18 weeks, 18-28 weeks and> 28 weeks have the flaw case s to occupy in the supersonic screening flaw the proportion respectively were 32.8%, 53.3%, 13.9%. CONCLUSION Pre-natal supersonic screening causes the fetal anomaly the discovery time to be ahead of time greatly, to cut the birth rate of defect, improve the perinatal quality to play the inestimable positive role, is carries on the embryo birth defect intervention at present the effective measure.
