目的:探讨人工肝血浆置换治疗重型肝炎的基本原理,熟练掌握操作技能,进一步了解治疗护理.方法:采用WLXGX-8888型伟力血液净化对33例患者进行了41次血浆置换治疗.结果:41次治疗均成功完成.结论:全面的术前准备,熟练的操作技能.密切地观察病情,精心的护理,是人工肝治疗顺利完成的必要保证.

Objective:To understand the basic principles of liver plasma exchange on severe viral hepatitis of in order to master the skills and learn more about treatment and care. Methods:Weill WLXGX-8888-type blood purification was used to treat the 33 cases for 41 times of plasma exchange treatment. Results: All completed successfully.Conclusion: Comprehensive pre-operative preparation, opera-tional skills, closely observing the patient's condition and carefully care are necessary to complete artificial liver treatment.
