本文在调查全区PVC企业废水治理技术的基础上，根据我区现阶段经济、技术水平，重点研究电石法氯碱工艺废水实现“零排放”的途径，并针对制约＂零排放＂因素提出解决办法。

The paper has investigated the wastewater treatment technologies of PVC enterprises in Inner Mongolia ,and on the basis of the investigation ,according to current economic and technological level ,the paper focus on the approaches of chlor -alkali industry process wastewater with carbide method to achieve "zero -emission",and finally proposes countermeasures .
