通过对某装甲车的油气悬挂进行试验测试,得到不同温度下的位移响应、速度响应及输出力响应的时间序列.利用所得的试验数据,应用RBF网络建立该型油气悬挂的非参数化模型,然后通过该模型对油气悬挂的输出力特性进行预测,并与BP网络得到的数据比较.结果表明:RBF网络不但具有很好的泛化能力,而且具有更快的预测速度.在此基础上,开发了油气悬挂输出力特性的RBF网络预测平台,在输入响应振幅、频率和工作温度的情况下,就可便捷有效地预测悬挂整个周期的输出力特性.

Through the test of the Hydragas suspension on an armored vehicle, the time series of displacement, speed and output force response were obtained under different temperatures. Based on experiment results, the non-parametric model of the Hydragas suspension was established through the RBF network, and then, the model was used to forecast the characteristics of the Hydragas suspension output force. Compared with the data obtained with BP network, the RBF network not only had good generalization performance, but also had faster forecasting speed. On the basis of previous work, the RBF forecasting platform for Hydragas suspension output force characteristics has been established. Given amplitude, frequency of response and working temperature, the output force characteristics of the Hydragas suspension in a cycle can be obtained conveniently and efficiently.
