介绍了一台隔离80kV,响应速度3ms,最大输出功率90kW脉冲工作开关电源的设计.为满足电源快速性和输出纹波要求,对主电路的拓扑结构进行了优化.应用高频变压器隔离80kV高压,分析了高频变压器漏感与占空比损失之间的关系,提出了高频变压器的直流等效电路.实验证明该电源能够稳定工作,电源性能都能满足设计要求.

The article presents the design and experimental results of a isolating 80 kV high-voltage high-power switching power supply.This power supply isolates DC80 kV voltage,responses less than 3 ms,and has the maximum output power of 90 kW.In order to meet the requirements of rapid response and small tipple,the main circuit topology is optimized.Highfrequency transformer is used to isolate the DC80 kV high-voltage.After analyzing the relationship between the transformer leakage inductance and duty cycle loss,the transformer DC equivalent circuit is given.Experiment shows that the power supply works stable with good performance.
