针对加工中心加工框架零件上3组同轴孔成本高、效率低这一现象,为了降低成本、提高效率,故对工艺进行改良,最终确定为冲压加工,于是设计了一副双面冲孔浮动冲模。文中对零件工艺进行了分析,介绍了主要的设计计算,重点阐述了模具结构设计及其工作原理。此模具的投产节约了生产能源,降低了生产成本,提高了生产效率。

Considering the high cost and low efficiency during processing three sets of coaxial holes on the same frame parts and for a lower cost and higher efficiency, the processing is supposed to improve and stamping is the choice. This design is for a die with double-sided floating punches, which focuses on die design and working principle and gives analysis for the workmanship of parts processing as well as description of the main design calculations. Put into production, this die shall save energy, reduce costs and improve productivity.
