目的 研究代谢综合征大血管病变患者血浆纤溶酶原激活物抑制物-1(PAI-1)、血清超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)水平变化和意义.方法 检测77例代谢综合征患者(其中大血管病变患者40例,无并发症患者37例)PAI-1、hs-CRP及血糖、血脂、游离脂肪酸(FFA)等生化指标水平,与30例健康对照组比较,并进行各指标之间的相关分析.结果 代谢综合征大血管病变组患者PAI-1、hs-CRP水平明显高于正常对照组及无并发症组,且差异有统计学意义(P<0.01).结论 PAI-1、hs-CRP水平与代谢综合征大血管病变有密切关系,PAI-1、hs-CRP水平检测对代谢综合征大血管并发症的诊断、预防和治疗具有很好的价值.

목적 연구대사종합정대혈관병변환자혈장섬용매원격활물억제물-1(PAI-1)、혈청초민C반응단백(hs-CRP)수평변화화의의.방법 검측77례대사종합정환자(기중대혈관병변환자40례,무병발증환자37례)PAI-1、hs-CRP급혈당、혈지、유리지방산(FFA)등생화지표수평,여30례건강대조조비교,병진행각지표지간적상관분석.결과 대사종합정대혈관병변조환자PAI-1、hs-CRP수평명현고우정상대조조급무병발증조,차차이유통계학의의(P<0.01).결론 PAI-1、hs-CRP수평여대사종합정대혈관병변유밀절관계,PAI-1、hs-CRP수평검측대대사종합정대혈관병발증적진단、예방화치료구유흔호적개치.
Objective To explore the changes in levels of plasminogen activator inhibitor-1 (PAI-1) and C-reactive protein (CRP) in patients with metabolic syndrome and their significance.Methods Levels of hs - CRP, PAI-1 and blood glucose, lipids, and FFA were determined in 77 patients with metabolic syndrome(40 with macroangiopathy and 37 with no complications)and 30 healthy subjects and then were compared. Results Levels of he - CRP and PAI- 1 were significnatly higher in the group with macroangiopathy than in the group with no complications and the control group(P<0.01).Conclusions Levels of hs - CRP and PAI-1 are closely related with macroangiopathy in metabolic syndrome. the diagnosis, treatment and prevention of metabolic syndrome with macorangiopathy.
