创新型教师队伍是培养创新型人才的关键,而构建创新型教师队伍培养模式是改变教育观念,适应时代发展和社会进步的必然选择。从树立创新意识、建立创新型教学团队、建立激发教师创新行为的激励机制等方面,提出了高校创新型教师队伍的培养模式,并根据高校创新型教师培养的有利条件,探讨了教师队伍创新能力的培养途径:加强高校教师职业训练;加强实践锻炼;加强“产学研”结合;加强校际间合作与交流。

an innovative team of teachers is the key to training innovative talents, and setting up the new teacher training mode is an inevitable choice of changing the educational concept, adapting to the development of the times and social progress. This paper put forward the training mode of innovative teachers in colleges and universities from the aspects of building up a sense of innovation, establishing innovative teaching teams, founding incentive mechanisms to stimulate the creativity behavior of teachers etc, and also discusses the way to cultivate the innovative ability of teachers according to the advantage of innovative teacher training in colleges and universities.
