根据线阵碲镉汞焦平面中少数载流子的横向收集物理特性,提出了一种改善红外焦平面图像质量的处理方法,并应用于某试验卫星的遥感图像上.这些遥感图像是采用上海技术物理研究所研制的256元线列焦平面组件获得的.结果表明,经处理后图像的分辨率和对比度均有显著提高.

According to the lateral collection characteristics of minority carriers in linear HgCdTe infrared focal plane array(IRFPA),an image processing method for improving the quality of images was proposed.This method was applied to the remote sensing images,which were obtained from a satellite loaded with 256-element IRFPAs developed by Shanghai Institute of Technical Physics.The results show that both the resolution and contrast of the images are improved obviously with the proposed method.
